Personal change bucket list

If you're in a midlife crisis, please be very honest with yourself and then make an “only so much time left” list.

Here’s mine: Only so much time left so I will:

Trust in my inner wisdom more.

Write, read and learn more.

Enjoy my own creativity as much as possible.

Live each day to the fullest!

Take more risks.

Become more grateful and generous.

Recognize fully what I do and do not control.

Ask for help more willingly.

Love more deeply, both my Self and others.

Take better care of myself: body, mind and spirit.

(Speaking of that, I’m now down 25 pounds and feeling like a new person, mostly because I feel I finally have control over my bad eating habits.)

My 76 year-old friend Ann says she has stopped worrying so much about most things in life now. She says she has short-timer fever!
